What You Should Send
Send the project type, expected behavior, current failure, safe
screenshots, public links, repo/export details when appropriate,
and a contact email.
Do not send passwords, private keys, card numbers, bank data,
unrelated personal data, or production secrets through the public
intake form.
How Intake Data Is Used
Intake data is used to decide whether the project fits a scoped
rescue sprint, to communicate about scope, and to produce a repair
or proof note when work is accepted.
Private files or account access are requested only when the scoped
repair requires them and only after the access boundary is confirmed.
Retention And Sharing
ProofForge does not sell intake details. Work notes may be retained
for support, dispute handling, and proof of what was reviewed.
Public case studies are used only when details are sanitized or
separately approved.
